Each event is a significant experience, with specific requirements and needs connected to the customers’ demands: it must therefore be planned, organized, managed and carried out taking care of any aspect and detail.



Public events, Private events and Tourist events combined with different Courses and Educational Offers, Services towards firms and towards private citizens, all together, represent the variety of Event-One proposals. You can find different formulas and all of them can be personalized according to the client’s requirement.

EVENT-ONE GOLD:
This is the ‘ All ready ’ formula. It consists of the organization and management of the event from A to Z. It therefore includes the selling of all tied in services.

EVENT-ONE SILVER:
This is the ‘ Do it yourself ’ formula. It consists of the organization and management of a limited part of the event. It therefore includes the selling of just some services related to the event.

EVENT-ONE BRONZE:
This is the "One" formula. It consists of the organization and management of the required event. It includes the selling of only one specific service..

In any case, the client will receive for each of the three formulas our supporting and consulting service.


Event-One offers to everybody an extra- free ‘ Tourist Info-point ’ service with general information regarding tourism in Umbria. It is available either online in a CHAT LINE or directly in our office in Orvieto, (TR) – Via Angelo Costanzi 48/b ( Orvieto Scalo).

Mon- Fri 9:00 – 13:00 ; 15:30 – 18:30
Sat 9:00 - 14:00
Sat. afternoon and Sunday CLOSED.
